Kitchen Operation Manager is a good example of software built around a practical problem instead of a purely technical exercise. The core idea was to pull recipe content, restructure instructions, and create a more efficient execution order in the kitchen.

I keep it in the portfolio because it shows another aspect of how I like to work: start from the workflow, identify where friction comes from, and use software to improve the sequence rather than just digitize the existing process.
